Susan started her career in Estate Agency in 1999 in Arundel. She joined Sims Williams in 2002 and worked in our Walberton office before becoming a Partner and setting up our Arundel branch. 'Selling houses is my passion and I work very closely with all our customers, offering a very personal and tailored service for every client. I pride myself on going the extra mile for customers, most of whom I stay in touch with, years after the sale has been completed,' says Susan. Before entering the property business, Susan lived and worked in Southern Ireland and America as an Interior Designer and now thoroughly enjoys helping house purchasers to visualise the potential of their new property. Susan says, 'The joy is in seeing people fall in love with Arundel town and come back to us to sell, be they up-sizing or downsizing but never moving out of this lovely historic town! It is so rewarding to help customers find their dream home.'

Tamsin has lived and worked in West Sussex for many years and knows and loves Arundel and the surrounding villages extremely well. “I use my local knowledge to help applicants find their dream homes which is incredibly rewarding,' Says Tamsin. Tamsin joined Sims Williams in 2006 and believes that property investment involves the head and the heart. It is not just bricks and mortar and balancing the books, but also how the property makes us feel now, and how it will look after us in the future. Tamsin says, “I love what I do, my job is to look after my clients and help them realise their dreams.'

Lynne joined Sims Williams in 2012 and fell in love with Arundel and is proud to call it her hometown. She qualified with the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and enjoys using her skills and knowledge to give clients the professional, tailored service they deserve. “Living in Arundel is fantastic and I enjoy showing customers everything the town has to offer,” says Lynne. When not working, Lynne spends her free time cycling, walking and kayaking in and around this beautiful area.

Emma has been working in Estate Agency within Arundel town since 2000 and has been working at Sims Williams with Susan since the office opened in 2004. Emma’s role ranges from negotiating sales and progressing sales through to completion. Emma is an active member of the team on many levels. Emma has also lived in Arundel for many years and her daughter attends a local school and Emma has developed a vast knowledge of local amenities available to new families moving into the area.
Helena has lived in West Sussex all of her life and loves working in such a beautiful area. Arundel is a truly historic town and Helena loves the character and history of its properties. “Working at Sims Williams allows me to share my passion and enthusiasm for property. I joined the company in 2015 and am known in the team for my attention to detail and my enthusiasm,” says Helena. In her spare time, Helena enjoys walking and horse-riding in the beautiful South Downs around Arundel.
Jo has lived and worked in West Sussex all her life and knows Arundel and the surrounding area extremely well as she now lives in Fontwell. 'I have always been passionate about property and before joining Sims Williams, I took time out to complete a large build project on my own house,” says Jo. Before joining the company, Jo was a satisfied Sims Williams customer, having used them to buy and sell her own properties for the last 10 years. Jo says, 'It is fantastic to now be part of the team at our busy Arundel office, meeting and helping new and existing clients'.

I have been working in the lettings industry for over 7 years and have been with Sims Williams for 20 months. As a lettings negotiator my day to day role includes registering applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, taking on properties and dealing with general enquiries to name but a few of my tasks. I enjoy the job thoroughly, especially matching people to their ideal property.
Originally from London, Sallie moved to Chichester with her family in 2005. Sallie joined the Sims Williams lettings team in 2012 and has worked her way up the company to become Property Manager. At Sims Williams, everyone is committed to providing a professional service to both our landlords and tenants and this includes keeping up to date with legislative and industry changes. “I am a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA) and thoroughly enjoy the challenge that comes with my role. I look forward to the continuing growth of the lettings department,” says Sallie.
